Product Appearance And What We Don’t Guarantee: 

• We do not guarantee that the items are 100% scratch free, chip free and spotless or any sort of manufactured defect. Because different items have different quality criteria from different supplies.

• Some items are also hand-made which may differ piece to piece so we do not refund or accept returns on items that are perceived as not meeting customer s personal quality expectations. As many of our products are delicate in nature we do not guarantee their lifetime. There is not warranty or how long the items will lasts in terms of their color, shine, intactness, usage and appearance. We do not guarantee that items will arrive in good condition as they are supposed to be on the delay day of delivery. Any complaints or disagreements made after 3 days of the delivery will not be entertained.

• For damaged goods during the shipment we require the intimation from your end within 3 working days. We will provide the product pick-up and replace the similar product with new one with no extra costs.

• Fengshui Art Gallery is no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

• All photos of our products are being taken by professionals and being touched up for web-viewing. For better appearance using special devices. Therefore the actual product can appear different under different viewing environment and lighting conditions.

• All sorts of Gemstones, crystal Quartz, Crystal Clustors, Crystalballs pyramids, natural products are not similar in color, formation, natural lines, veirs, shapes, patterns and design.

• Company hereby excludes any warranty, express or implied, about the accuracy or quality regarding any of the contents, calculations, suggestions, advise presented by this site, company will not be responsible for any errors, omission or representations on any of the pages or any links on any of pages.

Product Measurements:

• Our measurements are estimates prizing and may not be precise or 10%accurate. Our products are generally measured on width and height inches.

Damage Product:

• In any case during the shipping of the consignment, if the product is mishandled by the logistic and damages the product. We assure you to replace the product with the same one without no extra costs. Payment refund will not be possible in this case.
