Feng Shui for office emphasizes mainly on the
balance of Yin Yang and the Five Elements. However,
sometimes there are difference approaches in
business environments. The most important parts in
an office are its entrance, sitting position in the
boss's office cabin (CEO's office cabin) and the
finance department (CFO's office cabin). The
location and facing of the office will have the
biggest weight.
Basically , there is not much difference in feng
shui for Residential or Commercial . The important
aspects of feng shui for commercial are : 1)
External Environment ( visible elements ) & 2)
Internal Environment ( Invisible force ).
External environment is very important for
commercial . There are a few types of
businesses to differentiate namely : 1)
Factory or Manufacturing, 2) Office (
finance or trading or operation ), 3) Shops
or Restaurants & 4) Food Stall .
External environment requirements for all these
business are different .
Beside External environment that influence a company
business , Internal environment ( invisible ) also
play an important part . The room location of
important management staff such as managing director
, finance manager , marketing manager are important
so does office staff and workers' tables. Other than
the office staff and workers, the location of
machinery , air conditioners , door , fish tank ,
fish pond , fax machine etc are also important .
Using the principles of feng shui, your working
environment will become a successful creative space
where your business and the people involved in it
can thrive productively.
If your workplace is interacting well with the
natural and manmade landscape around it, then
supportive good energy, or chi, can flow into your
business, enabling you and your staff to make the
most of every opportunity. Such beneficial energy
may be unavailable if a place is misaligned and out
of harmony with its surroundings. When you are out
of step with the natural flow of energy you may
literally struggle without even knowing why.
Tell-tale signs are that staff become lethargic,
irritable or sick and easily lose concentration.
Feng shui focuses on identifying ways to overcome
struggle and instead to harness the positive
energy that results in you achieving desirable
outcomes. Understanding the interactive balance
of living and working in harmony with the helpful
rhythms of nature is at the heart of effective feng
shui. It draws on the use of its established
formulae, natural elements, light, colour, symbols,
timing, direction, placement, design, location and
the unique needs of the people who work in the
space.
Visual stimulation has been found to enhance
concentration and increase productivity, and a
well-chosen colour scheme can activate positive
brain responses, resulting in a happier workforce.
Key element of corporate feng shui is clutter
clearing. Feng shui experts have observed that
clutter can make people feel disorganized, tired,
dispirited and uncreative. It may even cause serious
energy stagnation. Creating effective storage
solutions can be an additional benefit and your
consultant will be happy to offer advice on that
aspect of space utilization too. |
